Frequently Asked Questions
Customer service is our #1 priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with our performance.
Please take a moment to read over a few of the questions we are commonly asked prior to pressure washing and/or
1. Will the chemicals harm my plants?
Our crews are very mindful and respectful of surrounding flora. However, there is a possibility that our chemical
mixture can damage delicate plants. That being said, damage is atypical and complete devastation is even less
likely. While we do not guarantee the safety of your vegetation; we do water the plants before and after the
application of our chemicals, as a standard procedure. We have found this to be the most economical
*We are happy to cover plants by request, with tarps or plastic, as a further method of protection at a
2. Should I remove all belongings on porches?
Yes; by removing any rugs, cushions, furniture, decorum, or potted plants you will ensure that there is no
damage to your belongings. We will gladly rinse any outdoor furniture left out during the cleaning process at no
*Our crews will be happy to handle this for you at a reasonable fee.
3. Is there a risk of water coming through my doors and windows?
Yes; although we do not use high pressure around doors and windows, there is the possibility that water may
leak through. French doors and older windows have proven to be the most likely to leak. We recommend placing
towels, as a barrier, in any areas of concern.
It is also worth mentioning that, on rare occasion, we have seen water leak inside of outdoor electrical outlets,
light fixtures, and ceiling fans. By design, these outdoor items are rated to withstand wet conditions. However,
they can break down over time and become susceptible to failure. If you encounter any outages, allow ample
time for things to dry out, and check all breaker boxes. Please understand that this is a rare unpredictable
event, and we are unable to take responsibility for electrical repairs or replacement.
4. Can I add on work once scheduled?
Yes; we generally have enough time to make adjustments or accommodate additional small requests. However,
if there is a major change to the overall scope of work we politely ask that you call our office at 843-926-6554 to
notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. We will do our very best to accommodate you needs.
5. Is there a possibility my windows will be scratched during the cleaning process?
Yes; in some cases "fabricating debris" can be bonded to the glass during the manufacturing process. The use of
razor blades can displace said debris, resulting in scratching. There are a couple alternatives. We can use walnut
husk scouring pads or a fine grade steel wool to clean windows, ensuring there will be no scratching to the glass.
This process is more costly due to the time it takes to use this technique. Alternatively, we can use a
non-abrasive technique, which would also ensure no scratching to the glass. This process includes: mop,
squeegee, and lint free towel dry. This method is effective, safe and inexpensive, and is the preferred method
among the vast majority of our customers.
*If you feel that your project may require an abrasive method of cleaning, we are happy to arrange this upon
