Window Cleaner / Pressure Washer

Job Description:

We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and reliable candidates to join our team as window cleaners and/or pressure washers. This is a full-time position — employees will work an average of 40 hours per week in 8 hour shifts, and will be paid weekly. Starting pay is $20 per hour with potential increase based on skills and performance. Bonuses and tips are also available.

  • Deliver Top-Notch Service: Provide customers with a professional, courteous, and thorough cleaning experience.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Arrive on time, presentable, and ready to represent our company with politeness and enthusiasm.
  • Stay Energetic: Keep a positive attitude and work efficiently at each site.
  • Independent & Team Work: Perform tasks both independently and as part of a team, with or without management.
